Robert J. Sculley served as the President of the New Hampshire Motor Transport Association (NHMTA) for 34 years, before retiring from full-time employment at the end of 2023. During his tenure at NHMTA, he concurrently served as Executive Director of the Energy Marketers Association of NH (EMANH) for the last 13 years, and Executive Director of the Vermont Truck & Bus Association (VTBA) for the last 19 years.

During his time at NHMTA, Robert J. Sculley led the creation of NHMTA’s Workers’ Compensation Self Insured Group (SIG). That program has returned more than $19 million in dividends to participating businesses, and has helped improve safety for the nearly 100 members in the SIG.

Robert J. Sculley also led NHMTA to become a licensed Third Party Administrator for Workers’ Compensation in New Hampshire, and subsequently agreed to have NHMTA become the TPA for the New Hampshire Hospitality Compensation Trust (NHHCT) on a multi-year contract.

Robert J. Sculley has an extensive network at the State House in Concord, and in executive branch agencies, and a proven record of working with both sides of the aisle.
